接觸釜又稱為接觸器，是一個(gè)帶夾套的壓力釜，內(nèi)裝一個(gè)雙層壁的導(dǎo)流筒，底部有一個(gè)高速推進(jìn)式葉輪。葉輪在旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，推動(dòng)物料沿容器內(nèi)壁與導(dǎo)流筒之間的通道向上流動(dòng)，再?gòu)膶?dǎo)流筒上部流向容器底部，完成循環(huán)。導(dǎo)流筒具有導(dǎo)流和加熱的雙重作用，加熱介質(zhì)通過(guò)外層夾套和導(dǎo)流筒對(duì)容器內(nèi)物料加熱，因此接觸釜有三個(gè)加熱面，較一般的常壓煉制釜和壓力釜加熱面積大，其傳熱效率高。節(jié)能15%左右，減少碳排放34%左右。特別適合于鋰基潤(rùn)滑脂的生產(chǎn)。圖示如下。
